A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or in person at our studio.
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
Any unused sessions will not roll over after cancellation. We encourage you to use any remaining sessions before your membership ends.
Members must commit to a minimum of 3 months before cancellation.
If canceling before this period, a $50 early termination fee will apply.
If you need a temporary pause, we offer a one-time membership freeze for up to 2 months per year.
