At The Zen Den Beauty and Wellness, we value your commitment to self-care and relaxation. Our membership program is designed to offer you the best benefits at a discounted rate. If you need to cancel your membership, please review our policy below.

1️⃣ Cancellation Notice Requirement

  • 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or in person at our studio.

  • If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

2️⃣ Unused Sessions

  • Any unused sessions will not roll over after cancellation. We encourage you to use any remaining sessions before your membership ends.

3️⃣ Early Cancellation & Minimum Commitment (Optional – Remove if not needed)

  • Members must commit to a minimum of 3 months before cancellation.

  • If canceling before this period, a $50 early termination fee will apply.

4️⃣ Membership Freezes (Alternative to Cancellation)

  • If you need a temporary pause, we offer a one-time membership freeze for up to 2 months per year.
